Our Furnished Office Business Center is located on the 1st floor of a Class A
building. Please see our Available Space page for current
vacancies. Comprised of 50 offices in total, we are sure to have just what
you are looking for, be it an economical "interior" office, or a spacious
"exterior" office with a view.
Move-in costs:

| Refundable Security Deposit - Building Passcard | $25 |
| Telephone / Voicemail Installation and Setup | $100 per telephone line |
| T-1 Installation and Setup | no charge unless on-site support required |
Per Diem Services
If you are in the MetroWest area for a day meeting, please consider renting space with us on an hourly, half-daily, or daily basis. Prices quoted are for either the conference room or a private office.
